Apply braking force to at least two of the vehicle’s wheels

Be fitted to two wheels sharing the same axle

Include separate actuation cables for each brake

Stop the vehicle from rolling when pushed by hand

Stop the vehicle from a speed of 25 MPH in less than 40 ft.

Add no more than 20lbs to the vehicle
-
Provide velocity reduction intermittently for one hour
