Budget and Schedule

The schedule for the project has been largely set by the MET department's Senior Project class. However details can be seen in the Gantt Chart below. The project was kept largely ahead of schedule despite setbacks in design, machining mistakes, and lack of access to welding initially.  Being ahead of schedule proved to be beneficial as last minute control arm extension was required to accomodate the shock mount location. This change resulted in a 5 hour addition to labor.

Initially, the budget for the project was expected to be around $500, however many of the raw materials used were donated to the project and thus, much of this cost has been avoided.  Approximately $70 was spent for the ball joints, and about $50 for fuel transporting parts to shops for welding.
